Reviews
The food was so dry and bland, little to no menu variation. The rice had no moisture and the chicken was dry. This is surprisingly the worst sushi train I have ever been to. Please cross the road and resort to some decent sushi.
I've tried a lot of sushi restaurants on the Northside of Brisbane and this one is my favourite! All the food tastes so good, easy to order on ipads, has a sushi train going around and friendly staff. A lot of the food is made fresh to order too! A good selection of hot meals, sushi rolls, drinks and dessert.
Food was very good except for the salmon. It tasted very strange and had a strange texture. Apart from that very good.
Wouldn’t recommend. Restaurant is not clean, sushi / dim sim / chicken was bland and dry. Weird atmosphere and the water was served from a dirty bottle with dirty plastic cups. We had weird tummies after leaving here..
Really 3.5, but I wasn’t feeling generous enough to round that up to 4.
The sashimi is thick, but the fish didn’t have that ultra clean fresh taste. The wasabi was good. The soy didn’t quite hit the mark.
The various sushi we ordered didn’t have any pizzaz, though it was nice enough. Most of what went round on the sushi train was very heavily focused on western tastes, which is a shame but understandable.
I suppose the takeaway here is that the food was serviceable. So, three stars
Food was average, though the Karaage chicken was like cardboard. The entire place was FILTHY. Every surface had grime on it. They need to just spend a weekend cleaning it from top to bottom.
I go here at least once a week. Good is always fresh as and service is attentive and fast.
The mixed sashimi platter is my fav
We are chicken sushi eaters. Fantastic! Always fresh great service. Great prices. Recommend the karaage chicken.
